Scam Baiting - Some Great Job gone Ugly

Scan Baiting Defined

It is very easy to understand the philosophy behind the scam baiting term. Generaly, it is a combination of two letter word's Scan "fraud" and Bait "setting trap". Thus, scam baiting is a way to set trap for scammers with the intention of getting more information from/about them.

Why Scam Bait?

Clearly, they are many reasons to scam bait, but the main objectives are either, to prevent scammers from harming potential victims, to waist the resources and time (cost of scaming) of scammers, to learn more information about scamming so that the public will be more aware or just for fun.
Depending on which one you choose to undnertake, the principle is allways the same, pretend like you are interested (a victim) and let the fraud star/scammer do the talking, while you get all the information you need.

Benefits of Scam Baiting

Without doubt, they are many benefits of scam baiting  according to my research which could include from protecting innocent individuals from becoming victims, convincing scammers to change their attitude, improvement customer and company relationship, reducing the list associated with damage to company images and the benefits includes all other values related to making the world a better place to be..

DISADVANTAGES / DEMERITS / AND SIDE EFFECTS OF SCAM BAITING

Bold letter? Well if jesus did not die for us who else would have? me? i definately wont accept. The most common Disadvantage of scam baiting is impersonation. Impersonation can generally be reffered as a means of representing false information about other people with the interntion of portalying negative images about them. According to my research (which is still on going) i have found out that while 80 per cent of stories associated with Scam baiting might be real, 20 per cent of them are actually an act of imppersonation.

This is mainly due to the fact that scammers tend to use other people's information to avoid  being caught, these information can range from an ordinary picture copied from your social networking site, to a phising website developed with the intention of replicating your own website, to all other acts of impersonation. While big companies such as Facebook, Blogger, Google and other social network sites take this issue serious becuase of the consequences the company might suffer in the legal system, Small (so called virtual companies) companies run from the bedroom sofa are not likely to take this case serious. This is becuase they have no physical evidence.

If you have read my other blogs you will understand what i mean by physical evidence. It can be defined as a medium through which companies can be reach for personal assistance within the environment. E.g you can find Google, Blogger, Ebay, Facebook in their headquaters, but the so called organisations and some discussion forums have no physical evidence (real location), thus making their virtually invisible and un-sueable (if i may use dat word) since they cannot be identified. This allows them to brag from their rooms and fell like king, but Whois has been a helping hand in atleast finding the location where the websites are hosted from.

Once inpersonated, you can easily contact companies with physical evidence and get them to remove the post once you provide them with evidence to show that you are being impersonated, and i am sure from experience and research (Facebook, Blogger etc) will sure do that if they finaly find out that you are being impersonated. Nevertheless, that will not solve the problem of blogging forums, websites from from doorsteps or other sorth of incriminating media. The best way is to "Keep quite, and relax your mind" remain focused on yourself becuase i can guarantee you, if you did not do anything wrong you will never be help responsible. The person might have impersonated your identity but your value is intact. The only person that can destroy your value is yourself.

Nevertheless, the best thing to do is be safe and stay away from any possible web phising sitez, spyware and virus that might hinder your online secuirty measure..

More topics related to this will be out after my research

share your impersonation story and sites associated with me feichangsnow@yahoo.com
i am building a website to compile all the researches and all the people who have been wrongly accused accross the globe..

African Agents and The Failed Education Institutions in Malaysia

The Begining of a Never Ending Tale

Year 2002 to 2006 saw the biggest boom in the Malaysian Education system as thousand of students trooped into the country on a weekly bases. Majority of whom are Africans and have been either decieved by an Agent in their respective countries or colleges in Malaysia. This deception takes many aspect, in terms of luring students who where formely destined to European or American countries through constatnt Advertisement of Malaysia on virtually all African networks at a rate of 3 to 7 Adverts per day. This is the most unfiair factors in the allready depicable situation the country has set herself on with regards to international students and their education system in general.

Come Live, Come Study and Come Work !!!

Where? In Malaysia? Sure the government those not say you cannot work if you happen to be a White or an Asian, but working for Black and in this case Africans is highly prohibited even in the Visa. It is boldly written on da visa page at the botton of your stamp. Holders of this Visa are not alowed to work or take up any professional Job in Malaysia.

But this is not the case of selfish Agents and Accademic institutions. The rate of this misdeamour was highly engineered by this two "deadly" couple of crime. The offer letters issued by the Coleges states that students are allowed to work, and also listed the kind of Jobs this students can do, including hourly rates and estimated pay. And i now ask, was this a mistake by the Accademic Institutions or a pure betrayal of trust as well as true selfish on the side of the Management? The answer is still unkonw till date from all researches i have been conducting.

What Actually Happens When You Enter Malaysia with An African Passport As A Student

Don't be fooled by the glitering lights that shines like gold at the KLIA International Airport, becuase your doom starts immidiately you come down from the plane. If you where 20 on Arival, there is a possibility of atleast 10 percent have been offered addmission by a fake/unaccredited University. See link for all the unaccredited Universities in the world http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_unaccredited_institutions_of_higher_education. For those who have been offered addmission by an accredited University, you will be held for unecessary queries even after you have a valid payment slip for school fees and accomodation and not with any illegal or contrabound material. At the end of the day, don't be surpirsed that up to 20 percent of your arrival group will be denied Entry and sent back or jailed for no Valid reason. The answer is the same as when you apply for a Singapore tourist visa = "The reason is secret"..

Oh!.. did you excaped the imigration lure? Even da police neglegence? And the con men who are offering hotels and transports directly inside the airport? Wow, you must be lucky. But wiat a minute you hav'nt seen anything yet. Kl city is so corase and corrupt that if you leave any of your property and turn around, don't be surpirsed if it getz lost in a blink of an eye. Get ready for more insults from the police and citizens if your color is black. On my way to Sabah from Kl on arrival, I was searched three times, KLIA, LCT and KKIA. Three good times that required three good searching. Does that mean the security at KLIA is not enough? and there is no immigration service at LCT, i was search just coz i am black and the police even hit me hard when i tried to talk asking me to shot up. Me shot up? Nah!. Instead shot me dead..

Virtually every system in Malaysia will neglet you if you are a black.. When i say every system, i mean all of them, from A to Z. And if you happen to land safely in your home or hostel, then get ready for the real war. Conspiracy has been a booming force in their attacks against foreigners, especially blacks. A girl will conspire to be your Girl friend with her uncle that works with the polcie. Then the next thing you know is while listening to music with your Gf, the police knocks at your door without anybody calling them, and the girl starts to crying saying you where forcing her for sex, just like that and you will be in jail that night. 10 thousand USD or more and you are due to be out, if not you will remain their forever..

I just don't know how many to mention and how many to leave behind..
if i continue i can write more words than google have on their database. so i leave the space for comments so that people can comment and share their own ideas..

But one thing is clear - THE MALAYSIAN SYSTEM HAS FAILED DRASTICALLY.
So ensure to be carefull if you are holding any African passport and wanna come over for studies or whatever.. just follow the correct track and do researches carefully..

Impact of Technology on Service Marketing

The 7-Ps of Service Marketing

In other to present a clear view of how technology has inpacted service marketing and other marketing strategies globaly, we will look into the 7-Ps of Servce Marketing. The traditional marketing mix originated from the idea that goods are developed for consumer markets and consists of the 4Ps - Price, Promortion, Place and Product. The People element was added to the 4Ps by Judd in 1997, and Booms and Bitner completed the 7Ps by inclduing Participants, Physical evidence and Process to the allready existing elements.

The product element deals with the goods or services being offered, the prices is the value of the goods on offer, the place is where the goods or servce is being sold (e.g market), promotion is the process through which marketers uses to create product and service awareness for their potential customers. The other elements comprices of people, which represents customers in this case, process which analysis the steps undertaken in prducing any given product or servce and the physical evidence which includes any means or process used to build customer loyalty and trust such as Office location or warranty.

The Impact of Technology on Service Marketing with Reference to the 7Ps

The above diagram shows how technology has change the conventional/traditional service marketing principles by imcorporating a better means to serve both the customers and services inductries.

Zeithmal et all suggested in 1990, that improved service is critical in gaining competitive edge, and this imprved service can be achieved by improved technologies. In the marketing sector, it has been highly believed by marketing researchers that information technology has a positive impact on firm's performance, but some researchers such as Urgo (1996) has stressed their believe that technology will not completely replace all conventional business practices and this has been the case up till today. Our interest on the impact of technology on service marketing follows that of Jackson (1990), who argued that services can be changed effectively by the use of information technology. Such benefits has been believed to include, but not limite to minimized bargaining power between customers and marketers, developed barriers of entry and new innovative products and market development. Thus, based on the following arguments, the impact of technology on service marketing will be analyzed further below:

Product
Tehcnology has increased the production of E-products such as Ebay, Google and FaceBook. This e-products allows us to keep in touch with friend, go for shoping, make only purchases as well as banking and promote our services withou having to handle the conventional bustles normaly associated with such products and services.

Price
Technology has also changed product pricing, becuase companies can no longer use price differentiation as a means of targeting their customers. This is becuase, customer can compare prices of the products of services they want to buy by just a click of da button from websites that offer price comparison services. E.g,

Promotion
Another impact Technology has had on Service marketing is the way it has changed the promotion strategies from news paper adverts into satelite Tv and Cable adverts, pop-in and pop-out, drope down menu banner adds, search engine optimization and other forms of online advertisiments.

Place
Location of goods and services is one of the most influenced elements of service marketing. Technology has change the way market systems are operated by placing online marketing which offers more reliability and convenience to customer. Individuals from around the world can order any product or service of their choice by just clicking da button and have their order delivered to their door steps..

Besides the poristive impacts of technology on services marketing, they have also been some negative impacts which includes online frauds, fake websites offering fake or immitational products, increase in illegal trading, virus atack on cmputers, loss of information, piracy and other forms of online crime.

Thus, it is arguable to conclude, that technology might not be able to replace all business conventional system, or if it does it should not be in a near date. But, we all can agree that technology has had many impact on service marketing and the marketing concept in general.
